This is the Weekly Scoresheet

Captains will submit their players for each game (see Weekly Player Submissions) and receive a scoresheet back populated with their player &  game information.

Within 2 Hrs of the end of the match. the winning captain will email/call/text Dave with the score… e.g. My Team 3, Their Team 1 or My teams wins 3-2 on Tiebreaker after 2-2 tie. Then Send a legible picture of the scoresheet to Dave.
