Format Entries as Follows: Firstname Lastname Rating e.g.,
Dave Paruti 3.16 Dave [SP] Paruti [SP} 3.16
When Typing Names- Scroll Over the Label in the Box and Then Type in Player's Name
Make sure you populate Captain's Name, Team, eMail Address & Match Date
Check off Division 1 or 2
Enter Players Names for each Match Group using the Format Shown above,
Format Field as Follows: Firstname Lastname Rating e.g.,Dave Paruti 3.16 (Dave [SP] Paruti[SP] 3.16)
When Typing Names- Scroll Over the Label in the Box and Then Type in Player's Name & Rating

For 2 Alternates (Required), Use the Alternates 1 & 2 Fields...
If you want 3 or 4 alternates, Use the Alternates 3 & 4 Fields
Format: firstname {Space} lastname in first box & firstname {Space} lastname in second box.
