Player Rating Adjustment Request 

Process:
Some Players May Have Ratings Which Restrict Them to D1 While Their Actual Skill Level May Preclude Them From Playing in D1.
This Process Enables Captains To Request Downward Adjustment in Specific Player Ratings based on Facts.
Members of the Coordinating Committee Will Approve or Disapprove.

1.  Players under considerations will have to be rerated. Appeals committee is to be notified of the date and time.  

2.  If KJ and Captain cannot agree on rating, then appeal would be necessary for committee approval. 

3.   Committee will conduct their own review i.e, observing play, meeting with captain and KJ and ultimately make the final decision.
